Oggi a Brescia si è svolta l’ultima udienza del lungo braccio di ferro giudiziario sul caso dell’ex procuratore aggiunto Mario Venditti, accusato di corruzione in atti giudiziari per presunti mancati approfondimenti sulle indagini dell’omicidio di Chiera Poggi del 2017.Presenti i legali di Venditti e dei due ex pubblici ufficiali Sapone e Spoto, coinvolti nell’inchiesta ma non indagati. Ai tre erano stati sequestrati cellulari e computer, ora oggetto di richiesta di restituzione da parte dei loro avvocati, in attesa della decisione del tribunale prevista per lunedì.A sorprendere le difese è stato il fatto che i pubblici ministeri non si siano presentati all’udienza. La Procura ha ritenuto la sua presenza non obbligatoria, ritenendo già motivate le indagini invasive sui dispositivi elettronici dei coinvolti.
