Fakta tersebut adalah pengakuan terpidana pembunuh dan pemerkosa Vina Cirebon yang sudah menjalani hukuman penjara.
Dari lima terpidana yang di-BAP sebelum tertangkapnya Pegi Setiawan alias Perong, mengatakan Pegi bukanlah pembunuh Vina Cirebon.
Kata Hotman, dalam hukum disebutkan apabila ada hal-hal yang belum diyakini kebenarannya, maka terduga pelaku belum bisa divonis sebagai tersangka dan harus dibebaskan.
Hotman menilai bukti hukum yang dimiliki Polda Jawa Barat untuk menetapkan Pegi sebagai tersangka belum kuat.
Senada dengan Hotman, kakak kandung Vina yakni Marliana juga menilai Polda Jabar begitu tergesa-gesa menetapkan Pegi sebagai tersangka.
Dikutip dari Tribun News, Ia berharap polisi menyelidiki lebih lanjut agar dapat diketahui dengan jelas apakah Pegi benar pelakunya atau justru salah tangkap.
Selain penetapan Pegi sebagai tersangka, Marliana juga kaget dengan keputusan Polda Jabar yang mendadak menghapus dua nama DPO. (Tribun-Video.com/RisaAsmarani)
