El último fue Dina Boluarte, destituida el 10 de octubre por el congreso de Perú bajo el argumento de “incapacidad moral permanente”. Sin embargo, la estabilidad económica prácticamente no se inmuta: incluso el dólar en Perú llegó a abaratarse tras el último cambio de gobierno y el riesgo país disminuyó, algo que en un momento de incertidumbre no debería suceder. Por eso, este fenómeno llama la atención. Que la política sea tan caótica y la economía tan estable.
