Dalam keterangannya pada Senin (7/7/2025), Roy menyebut bahwa proses pemeriksaan berjalan dengan cepat.
Ia mengaku diberikan 55 halaman pertanyaan dengan total 85 hal yang dipertanyakan.
Namun selama pemeriksaan, Roy mengaku tak banyak memberikan keterangan lantaran menurutnya pasal-pasal yang dituduhkan tidaklah benar.
Salah satunya soal pasal 160 tentang tindak penghasutan.
Menurut Roy, pasal 160 itu baru benar-benar bisa dituduhkan kepadanya apabila pihak yang ia hasut membuat kerusuhan. Namun hal tersebut nyatanya tidak terjadi.
Roy lebih lanjut menilai bahwa pihak-pihak yang melaporkan dirinya beserta Eggi Sudjana, Rismon Sianipar, Rizal Fadilah hingga dr Tifa, adalah orang yang aneh.
Pasalnya mereka tidak berasal dari pihak kerabat maupun keluarga dari Jokowi, namun justru paling lantang membuat laporan berisi tuduhan tersebut.
Kendati demikian, Mantan Menpora itu justru menantang para pelapor agar tidak kecewa dengan hasil sidang nantinya.
Selain itu, dalam keterangannya Roy juga sempat menyinggung soal video Jokowi yang tengah asyik bermain ATV.
Ia mengaku mengetahui persis lokasi Jokowi bermain ATV yaitu di sebuah pantai di Tabanan Bali, namun untuk kapan video itu diambil, Roy menyebut tak ingin memberitahunya kepada publik.
Dengan kalimat sarkas, Roy bak membiarkan Jokowi bersenang-senang terlebih dahulu, seolah ada hal yang mengejutkan setelah ini untuk Presiden ke-7 RI itu.
