Tomaso Montanari torna a criticare duramente la riforma della giustizia in discussione e mette in guardia su un’altra legge costituzionale presentata in Parlamento.“In Parlamento c’è un’altra legge, firmata da Giusi Bartolozzi, che ha lo scopo di devastare la Costituzione — spiega Montanari —. Prevede che il Pubblico Ministero eserciti l’azione penale seguendo criteri e priorità stabiliti dal Governo, con validità triennale. Questa proposta mina l’indipendenza dei magistrati e distrugge l’obbligatorietà dell’azione penale, che è il cuore della nostra Costituzione”.Montanari denuncia come questa riforma, secondo lui, rappresenti un attacco diretto ai principi antifascisti sanciti dalla Carta, e sottolinea che chi porta avanti queste modifiche non si è mai riconosciuto negli equilibri del 1948.“La Costituzione è antifascista, e chi vuole modificarla lo fa per interesse politico — aggiunge Montanari —.
