RUSSIA NORTHERN LIGHTS GROUP TRIP 🇷🇺

Welcome to our Russia Northern Lights Group Trip ❄️🌌

This December, we are heading to Russia for an unforgettable 9 day journey through Moscow, Saint Petersburg and the Russian Arctic.

We will explore the iconic streets and landmarks of Moscow, experience the beautiful architecture of Saint Petersburg, travel across Russia by high speed and overnight trains, and finally head north to Murmansk in search of the Northern Lights.

The trip will also take us to Teriberka, a remote Arctic destination famous for its dramatic coastline, snowy landscapes and incredible winter scenery.

🗓️ ITINERARY

DAY 1 | 6 DECEMBER | INDIA TO MOSCOW ✈️

Fly from Delhi or Mumbai to Moscow, check in to the hotel and explore Moscow in the evening.

DAY 2 | MOSCOW 🇷🇺

Full day Moscow city tour and exploration of the city’s iconic landmarks.

DAY 3 | MOSCOW TO SAINT PETERSBURG 🚄

Travel from Moscow to Saint Petersburg by high speed Sapsan train. Check in to the hotel and explore the city in the evening.

DAY 4 | SAINT PETERSBURG 🇷🇺

Full day exploration of Saint Petersburg and its famous landmarks.

DAY 5 | SAINT PETERSBURG 🇷🇺

Another full day exploring Saint Petersburg, followed by an overnight train journey to Murmansk.

DAY 6 | TRAIN TO MURMANSK 🚆

Spend the day travelling through Russia by train. Arrive in Murmansk in the evening, check in to the hotel and rest.

DAY 7 | MURMANSK 🌌

Explore Murmansk during the day and head out for our first Northern Lights chasing experience at night.

DAY 8 | TERIBERKA ❄️🌌

Full day trip to Teriberka to experience the Arctic landscapes and coastline. In the evening, we will head out again for another Northern Lights chase.

DAY 9 | MURMANSK TO INDIA ✈️

Fly from Murmansk to Moscow and connect onwards to Delhi or Mumbai.

🌌 ABOUT THE NORTHERN LIGHTS

The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and sightings cannot be guaranteed. We will make the best possible effort to find clear skies and maximise our chances of witnessing them.

Teriberka access and activities are dependent on weather, road conditions and local closures. If the road is closed or access becomes unsafe, suitable alternative Arctic or winter experiences may be arranged.
