Kedatangan Kusnadi ini untuk melaporkan perampasan lewat penyitaan sejumlah barang termasuk alat komunikasi saat mendampingi Sekjen PDIP menjalani pemeriksaan sebagai saksi di KPK beberapa hari lalu.
Kusnadi datang pukul 15.30 WIB didampingi sejumlah advokat, termasuk anggota tim kuasa hukumnya Ronny Talapessy.
Dalam perkara ini, penyidik KPK bernama Rossa Purbo Bekti diduga menjebak Kusnadi.
Rossa melakukan hal diduga aksi ilegal dengan memeriksa dan menyita ponsel Kusnadi beserta gawai milik Hasto.
Selain itu, buku partai berisi catatan pertemuan antara Megawati Soekarnoputri dan Hasto, ikutan disita.
Tindakan itu berawal saat Hasto pada Senin ini sedang menjalani pemeriksaan di sebuah ruangan di Gedung KPK.
