Soy un profesional de la salud mental con más de 19 años de experiencia laboral, de los cuales 10 han sido dedicados a la psicología. Desde mis inicios en las redes sociales —cuando usábamos hi5— he visto en estas plataformas una oportunidad para llevar palabras de aliento y compartir contenido edificante. A través de charlas motivacionales y de desarrollo personal, he buscado siempre aportar valor y acompañar procesos de crecimiento.
