Ilham Akbar Habibie diketahui merupakan putra dari Presiden RI ke-3 BJ Habibie.Pada dasarnya berpolitik adalah sebuah ketidakpastian, disinggung hal tersebut Ilham Habibie menyebut, tidak benar kalau semua politik itu acak, dan tidak semua juga teoritis oleh sebab itu kita harus mencobanya.
“Jadi tidak semua ilmu pengetahuan itu teori saja dan itulah yang terjadi di dunia politik” ujar Ilham Habibie. Oleh karena itu, saya harus siap karena sudah tercebur di dunia politik ini.
