Siaga! TNI Siapkan Pasukan Khusus 'CRT' Evakuasi WNI di Iran dan Israel Lewat Jalur Darat
KOMPAS.TV - TNI telah menyiapkan pasukan khusus dan alutsista untuk mengevakuasi sejumlah WNI yang sedang berada di Iran dan Israel. Meski begitu, TNI harus menunggu keputusan dari Kementerian Luar Negeri.Sebanyak 34 personel TNI yang tergabung dalam Crisis Response Team atau CRT dilibatkan untuk membawa kembali WNI yang tinggal di kedua negara yang sedang berperang itu.
Dari informasi yang diperoleh, sebanyak 115 WNI di Iran dan 11 WNI di Israel telah menyatakan kesediaannya untuk dievakuasi.
Kapuspen TNI, Mayjen Kristomei Sianturi, mengatakan pihaknya masih menunggu hasil koordinasi dan instruksi dari Kementerian Luar Negeri terkait teknis evakuasi yang akan dilakukan.
Namun, Kristomei memastikan evakuasi direncanakan akan menggunakan jalur darat karena pesawat tak bisa memasuki wilayah udara Iran dan Israel.
