Bahan-bahan:
450g udang segar, dibuang kulit & dibersihkan
½ cawan daun bawang, dicincang
1 sudu teh kicap soya
1 sudu teh lada putih
170g keju krim pada suhu bilik
1 paket kulit wantan
3 cawan minyak ADELA Gold untuk menggoreng
Cara Penyediaan:
Sediakan campuran dengan mencincang udang menjadi kepingan kecil – hampir seperti pes.
Campurkan pes udang dengan semua bahan lain.
Sediakan secawan kecil air, campuran udang, dan kulit wantan yang disusun dalam barisan. Lipat pes udang menjadi bungkusan dan ketepikan.
Panaskan minyak goreng ADELA Gold. Setelah panas, goreng bungkusan sehingga keemasan. Hidangkan dengan sos koktel dan sepotong lemon.
