Aniaya Anak Selebgram Aghnia Punjabi, Polisi Bilang Babysitter Terancam 5 Tahun Bui
JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Kapolresta Malang Kota, Kombes Pol Budi Hermantotangkap babysitter penganiaya anak selebgram Aghnia Punjabi di Malang.Polisi pastikan pelaku dipasalkan undang-undang kekerasan anak.
Perkara tindak pidana kekerasan pada anak, dijerat Pasal 80 Ayat 2 UU Perlindungan Anak, subsidair Pasal 80 Ayat 2 UU Kekerasan Anak, ujar Kapolresta Malang Kota, Kombes Pol Budi Hermanto, dalam jumpa pers, Sabtu (30/3/2024).
Pelaku pun terancam hukuman lima tahun bui.
Ancaman hukuman penjara 5 tahun untuk tindak kekerasan dengan benda atau barang dengan denda Rp 100 juta, sambungnya.
Sebelumnya kasus ini viral usai beredar viral cctv penganiayaan babysitter kepada korban anak berusia 3 tahun.
Peristiwa penganiayaan terhadap anak perempuan majikannya itu terjadi pada Kamis 28 maret 2024.
Babak belur dengan luka memar di bagian mata kanannya, telinga, serta pipi dan bibir.
