안녕하세요 애정입니다😊오늘은 오랜만에 우족찜 만들어 먹어봤는데요!
살코기보다 콜라겐 가득한 부위가 많다 보니
쫄깃하고 탱글탱글한 식감에 역시 예술이에요!
뼈에 붙은 살 발라먹는 재미도 있고
말캉한 힘줄 부위는 입에서 사르르 녹고
젤라틴이 많은 부분은 쫄깃하면서도
탱글탱글한게 아주 별미였어요
무엇보다 24시간 넘게 찬물에 여러 번 헹궈주고
정성 들여 핏물을 뺐더니 잡내 없이
정말 깔끔하고 담백한 우족찜이 완성됐어요
확실히 잡내라곤 찾아볼수 없었어요
먹다 보니 조금 느끼해서 무리하지 않고 남겼는데
남은건 다음에 소주안주로 먹어야겠어요
오늘도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다😋
