Marcelo Gullo Omodeo es politólogo, profesor universitario y escritor argentino. Licenciado y doctor en Ciencia Política, cuenta además con un máster en Relaciones Internacionales por la Universidad de Ginebra y un grado en Estudios Internacionales por la Escuela Diplomática de Madrid.
