為什麼被踩線的是你，最後被檢討的也是你？｜看懂他者觀點，練習溫和堅定地跳針【一天聽一點261013】
工作你做了，委屈你吞了，好不容易說出不滿，最後被檢討的，卻是你的態度。為什麼大家都知道那個人難相處，還是只勸你多擔待？有時候，對方並非看不見問題。只是找難搞的人談責任，太費力；勸願意配合的你再忍一下，事情比較快結束。於是，大家維持了表面的和平，代價卻落在你身上。
這一集《一天聽一點》，想陪你從「他者觀點」看懂這種互動，也回頭辨認：當別人質疑你不懂規矩、不夠意思、不願合作，你為什麼會開始懷疑自己，急著解釋，甚至明明做不到，還是答應下來？
我們會談到讓人容易退讓的三種心理狀態：無知感、內疚與焦慮，再透過同事臨時請你接手報表的情境，練習「溫和堅定地跳針」。確認責任、說清楚能做的範圍，當對方只是換個說法施壓，你可以用平穩的語氣，保留原本的回答。
你每換一個理由，對方就多一個可以拉扯的地方。原本在談工作，最後卻變成一場品格與能力的考試。
如果主管也來勸你幫忙，怎麼把話題帶回工作順序、時間與人力？什麼時候應該重新評估，什麼時候可以結束對話？這些判斷，和那句拒絕的話同樣重要。
你可能還是會緊張，還是怕對方不高興，但不必等到完全不害怕，才開始練習。就算先前已經發過脾氣，也可以為語氣道歉，同時繼續談清楚分工。
