LUXUS-DEAL DES JAHRES: Luxus pur zum Mega-Preis – bekommt das Adlon bald einen neuen Eigentümer?Das Berliner Luxushotel Adlon steht nach aktuellen Plänen zum Verkauf. Die Immobiliengesellschaft Jagdfeld kündigte das Vorhaben an.
Der Mindestpreis liegt bei 280 Millionen Euro. Ob das Hotel tatsächlich verkauft wird, ist noch offen. Zunächst müssen die Anleger dem Geschäft zustimmen.
Für Besucher ändert sich bei einem Verkauf vorerst nichts. Mit dem Hotelbetreiber Kempinski besteht ein Pachtvertrag bis Ende 2032. Der Hotelbetrieb kann damit zunächst weiterlaufen.
