Infatti il Gratteri ha prodotto una divisione manichea e anche un poco caricaturale, diciamolo, tra quelli che votano no, definiti "gente perbene", e quelli che invece votano sì, liquidati con parole non propriamente encomiastiche.
Premesso che il sottoscritto, pur senza eccessivi entusiasmi per la questione, voterà No, perché ritiene esiziale il passaggio della magistratura sotto un maggiore controllo da parte del governo, violando quindi i canoni della separazione dei poteri messa a tema da Montesquieu. Ebbene ciò chiarito, mi pare sempre sbagliato e fuorviante impostare la questione come ha fatto il Gratteri, creando schieramenti granitici e monolitici e con connotazioni generalissime. E' vero, il Gratteri non ha detto che tutti quelli che votano sì sono persone non perbene. Ha detto però, questo sì, che le persone non perbene votano per il sì.
