날씨가 점점 더워지기 시작하니까
자연스럽게 시원한 맥주가 생각나더라구요
시원한 맥주를 떠올리다 보니 바삭하게 튀겨낸
통닭도 함께 생각나서 오랜만에 통닭을 튀겨봤습니다😊
갓 튀긴 뜨끈한 통닭을 한입 베어 먹는데
겉은 정말 바삭하게 튀겨졌고
속살은 촉촉하게 육즙을 머금고 있어서
씹을 때마다 고소한 풍미가 입안 가득 퍼져요!
제가 통닭을 좋아하는 이유는
조각치킨보다 훨씬 촉촉해서인데요!
닭가슴살도 퍽퍽하다는 느낌 없이 부드럽고 촉촉해서
먹을 때마다 만족감이 정말 좋거든요!
통닭 한입 먹고 시원한 맥주를 한 모금 마시는데
더위가 싹 가시는 기분이더라구요!
목으로 넘어가는 시원한 청량감이 정말 좋았고
바삭하고 고소한 통닭과도 너무 잘 어울렸습니다.
특히 날씨가 더워질수록 이런 조합이 더 생각나는 것 같아요
뜨끈한 통닭의 고소함과 차가운 맥주의 시원함이 만나니까
왜 치맥이 사랑받는 조합인지 다시 한번 느끼게 되더라구요
오늘도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다 😊
