JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Kepala Dinas Penerangan Angkatan Darat (Kadispenad) Brigjen TNI Wahyu Yudhayana menyampaikan ada keterlibatan perwira di pengeroyokan Prada Lucky.Meski tak menyampaikan sosok inisial perwira yang dimaksud, namun kepada yang bersangkutan akan dikenakan pasal 132 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana Militer.
"Jadi, ada Pasal 132. Itu artinya militer yang dengan sengaja mengizinkan seorang bawahan atau militer yang lainnya untuk melakukan tindak kekerasan, itu juga akan dikenai sanksi pidana," kata Wahyu, saat ditemui di Gedung Mabes TNI AD, Jakarta, Senin (11/8/2025).
Sebelumnya anggota TNI Prada Lucky Chepril Saputra Namo meninggal dunia usai diduga dikeroyok seniornya.
Serma Christian Namo selaku ayah anggota TNI Prada Lucky Chepril Saputra Namo menuntut keadilan atas kematian anaknya yang diduga dianiaya senior.
