Pegi Sudah Siap Tuntut Ganti Rugi, Polda Jabar Masih Belum Merespons
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Usai memenangi gugatan praperadilan, Pegi Setiawan berencana menggugat balik Polda Jawa Barat.Namun, hingga berita ini ditulis, Polda Jawa Barat masih belum memberikan tanggapan atas tuntutan yang dilayangkan oleh Pegi Setiawan.
Terkait permintaan ganti rugi, merujuk pada PP Nomor 92 Tahun 2015, besaran nilai ganti rugi korban salah tangkap berkisar 500 ribu rupiah hingga 100 juta rupiah.
Namun, tim kuasa hukum Pegi mengatakan bahwa pihak mereka masih akan mendiskusikan kembali besaran ganti rugi tersebut.
