Testimonios desgarradores: ser feliz en Cuba es imposible

En este impactante fragmento del show Hola! Ota-Ola, el activista Alex Otaola vuelve a sacudir conciencias al mostrar testimonios reales de cubanos dentro de la isla que ya no saben lo que es ser felices. Desde ancianos que han sobrevivido infartos y hambre, hasta ciudadanos agotados por la falta de luz, comida y dignidad: todos coinciden en una cosa—en Cuba no se puede ser feliz.

El contraste entre el discurso oficial y la vida real es tan grotesco como doloroso. Otaola muestra cómo incluso quienes desean un cambio, terminan citando al mismísimo Fidel Castro como símbolo de transformación, sin darse cuenta de que es el autor de su desgracia. Una muestra clara de cómo la dictadura ha manipulado por décadas la mente de un pueblo noble, pero golpeado.

Con un llamado directo y sin adornos, Otaola sentencia: “Los pueblos esclavos terminan muriendo encadenados.” Y exige a los cubanos dentro de la isla que se levanten de una vez, que no esperen a estar viejos, enfermos o enterrando hijos para reclamar lo que por derecho les pertenece: la libertad.
