Termasuk terkait larangan rangkap jabatan bagi wakil menteri sebagai komisaris BUMN.
"Ada keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi terkait dengan status wakil menteri yang tidak boleh merangkap jabatan sebagai komisaris. Ini juga akan menjadi pembahasan dan tentu dalam daftar inventarisasi masalah (DIM) sudah tercantum juga, karena bagaimanapun keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi itu final and binding," kata Herman di Kompleks Parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta, Kamis (25/9/2025).
Di sisi lain, Herman menyoroti persoalan status keuangan BUMN yang selama ini menjadi polemik, apakah kerugian korporasi juga dapat dikategorikan sebagai kerugian negara.
Menurutnya, meski BUMN merupakan kekayaan negara yang dipisahkan, tetap ada ikatan hukum yang menegaskan bahwa BUMN adalah bagian dari penyelenggara negara.
