He argued that future events involving the U.S. President should be moved to a purpose-built White House ballroom, a controlled, highly secure environment designed to minimise vulnerabilities.
Gunter also linked the issue to a broader global concern, saying threats against political leaders are not just about individuals but about protecting democratic institutions worldwide.
