Peluang Pihak Pegi Balik Tuntut Ganti Rugi ke Polda Jabar, Rugi Materiil hingga Rp 2 Miliar

Perwakilan Kuasa hukum Pegi Setiawan, Insank Nasruddin menyebut ini sesuai dengan keputusan sidang praperadilan yang digelar di Pengadilan Negeri Bandung.
Hakim memutuskan penetapan tersangka Pegi dalam kasus pembunuhan Vina Cirebon tidak sah dan batal demi hukum.
Insank menilai dengan dibebaskannya segera, maka nama Pegi Setiawan juga dipulihkan.
Ditanya soal tuntutan ganti rugi, Insank belum bisa menjawabnya.
Karena saat ini pihaknya fokus pada putusan sidang yang mengharuskan dihentikanyya penyidikan dan Pegi segera dibebaskan.
Sementara itu pengacara Pegi lainnya, Toni RM sudah menyiapkan beberapa hal yang akan dilakukan tim pengacara setelah pihaknya menang di sidang praperadilan.
Pihaknya akan meminta setidaknya dua ganti rugi ke Polda Jabar yang melakukan kesalahan prosedur dalam penetapan tersangka terhadap Pegi.
Terkait kerugian meteriil pemulihan nama baik dan rasa malu, pihaknya bisa menuntut Rp 2 miliar atau Rp 1 triliun.
Namun hal ini masih akan dibahas lebih lanjut tim kuasa hukum Pegi Setiawan.(*)
