Jaksa Gadungan di OKI Sempat Datangi Kejaksaan sebelum Ditangkap, Minta Dipertemukan dengan Bupati

Penangkapan terhadap pria bernama Bobby Asia tersebut dilakukan di sebuah rumah makan pada Senin (6/10) siang.
Sebelum ditangkap, pelaku Bobby sempat mendatangi Kejati Sumsel untuk mencari Kasi Pengendalian Operasi (Dal Ops) Bidang Pidsus Kejati Sumsel pada Senin pagi pukul 08.00 WIB.
Bobby yang kala itu didampingi dua temannya gagal menemui Kasi Dal Ops lantaran tak ada di tempat.
Siang harinya, ia kemudian beralih ke Kejari OKI dan mengaku sebagai jaksa pada JAM Intel Kejaksaan Agung RI.
Dalam pertemuan itu, Bobby mengenakan seragam dengan pangkat melati dua atau golongan 4A
Di lokasi tersebut, Bobby ditemui oleh Kasubsi Penyidikan Pidsus Kejari OKI dan Kasi Intel Kejari OKI.
Saat bertemu dengan Kasi Intel Kejari OKI, Bobby meminta untuk dihubungkan dengan Bupati OKI.
Namun permintaan ini ditolak lantaran Kasi Intel mengaku tidak bisa melakukannya.
Seusai pertemuan dengan Kasi Intel, Bobby kemudian pamit pulang.
Namun rupanya, Bobby sempat berupaya menjalin komunikasi dengan sejumlah pihak termasuk Kodim 0402 OKI dan Bagian Protokol Pemkab agar dapat bertemu Bupati OKI.
Aksi Bobby akhirnya terbongkar setelah pihak terkait mencium adanya kejanggalan.
Terkait hal tersebut, Kejati Sumsel kemudian menetapkan Bobby dan rekannya ESB sebagai tersangka pada Selasa (7/10).
Bobby dan ESB jadi tersangka atas dugaan tindak pidana korupsi oleh oknum PNS dengan maksud menguntungkan diri sendiri atau orang lain secara melawan hukum.
Adapun Bobby sendiri merupakan ASN aktif di wilayah Lampung.
