Escándalo en Miami: la tienda de falsos Louis Vuitton operada por cubanos
Un nuevo escándalo sacude a Miami: la policía desmanteló una tienda clandestina en Miami Gardens, conocida irónicamente como la “Louis Vuitton de Hialeah”, donde se vendían copias baratas de marcas de lujo.Los dueños, dos cubanos, fueron arrestados y liberados bajo fianza tras ser acusados de comercializar mercancía falsificada valorada en decenas de miles de dólares. Según la investigación, incluso llegaron a venderle artículos a un policía encubierto, y cuando los especialistas revisaron la mercancía, la calificaron como “trapo barato”.
Alex Otaola denuncia cómo este tipo de negocios fraudulentos no solo dañan la reputación de la comunidad cubana en EE.UU., sino que además son motivo de orgullo para artistas y figuras que hasta promocionaban la tienda en redes sociales. Entre los mencionados, aparecen Lenier, W Popy, Cubanito 2002, El Kimiko y Dany Ome.
