Dilaporkan Iran tengah memproduksi rudal balistik dan drone di provinsi Sa'da, Hajjah, dan sekitar ibu kota Sana'a, Yaman.
Insiden ini disebut akan mengancam stabilitas kawasan dan membahayakan jalur pelayaran internasional di Teluk Aden.
Dikutip dari Jerusalem Post, Minggu (29/6), pernyataan itu disampaikan oleh Menteri Informasi Yaman, Moammar Al-Eryani.
Menurutnya, sikap diam dunia bisa memberi Iran ruang memperluas pangkalan militernya di Yaman.
Ia menyebut wilayah tersebut berisiko menjadi basis rudal canggih Garda Revolusi Iran yang mengancam keamanan kawasan dan stabilitas global.
Sementara itu, rudal yang digunakan Iran dalam perang 12 hari terakhir dinilai identik dengan milik Houthi.
Adapun taktik serangan seperti drone bunuh diri dan rudal lintasan ganda sebagai bukti tiruan Iran.
Menteri Al-Eryani membantah klaim Houthi bahwa persenjataan mereka dibuat secara lokal.
Melainkan produk Iran yang dikendalikan langsung dari Teheran.
Ia mendesak dunia bertindak tegas sebelum Iran sepenuhnya membangun kekuatan militer di Yaman dan mengancam perdagangan dunia.
