Purbaya Jawab KPK soal Potensi Kredit Fiktif dalam Rp200 Triliun: Kalau Ketahuan Tangkap dan Pecat
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Menteri Keuangan Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa mengatakan adanya potensi tindak pidana korupsi dalam penyaluran dana pemerintah sebesar Rp 200 triliun ke perbankan milik negara.Hal ini merespons peringatan dari Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) atas kemungkinan tindak pidana korupsi, seperti kredit fiktif, yang muncul dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan tersebut.
"Potensi pasti ada, tergantung banknya," ujar Purbaya di Kementerian Keuangan, Jakarta, Jumat (19/9/2025).
Namun, Purbaya menegaskan bahwa apabila pihaknya menemukan pelanggaran dalam penyaluran dana tersebut, maka dia tidak segan untuk memberikan sanksi yang tegas.
"Kalau dia kredit fiktif ya, kalau ketahuan ditangkap, dipecat. Tapi saya enggak tahu kalau (dananya) sebesar itu apa mereka berani kredit fiktif. Tapi kalau masalah, itu kan selalu ada," tegasnya.
