L’ Intelligenza Artificiale (IA) è un potente motore di innovazione positiva, grazie alla sua capacità di “ascoltare” e analizzare grandi volumi di feedback dei clienti. L’IA consente infatti di trasformare dati qualitativi non strutturati (recensioni, chiamate, chat) in informazioni quantitative che possono generare soluzioni attuabili, superando i limiti dell’analisi umana. Viene illustrato un caso concreto di una società di consegna a domicilio che, grazie a questa tecnologia, ha scoperto che il problema principale non era la velocità, bensì l’accuratezza delle consegne, producendo così notevoli risparmi di risorse. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a powerful engine of positive innovation thanks to its ability to “listen” to and analyze large volume of customer feedback. AI makes it possible to transform unstructured qualitative data (reviews, calls, chats) into quantitative insights that can generate actionable solutions, overcoming the limits of human analysis.A concrete example is presented from a home-delivery company which, thanks to this technology, discovered that the main issue was not delivery speed but delivery accuracy, leading to significant resource savings.
