KY Prioritaskan Laporan Tom Lembong soal Dugaan Pelanggaran Etik Hakim Tipikor | BERUT
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Mantan Menteri Perdagangan, Tom Lembong memenuhi undangan Komisi Yudisial (KY) pada Senin (11/8) pagi.Undangan tersebut menindaklanjuti laporan Tom Lembong terkait indikasi pelanggaran putusan hakim Tipikor Jakarta.
KY memanggil Tom Lembong untuk menjelaskan laporannya mengenai dugaan pelanggaran etik dan perilaku hakim Tipikor Jakarta yang menjatuhkan vonis 4,5 tahun penjara kepadanya. Laporan ini menjadi dasar bagi KY untuk masuk ke tahap analisis lanjutan.
KY menegaskan, penanganan laporan Tom Lembong menjadi prioritas karena dinilai mengusik rasa keadilan masyarakat.
Sebelumnya, tiga hakim Tipikor Jakarta memvonis Tom Lembong 4,5 tahun penjara dalam perkara izin impor gula. Dua minggu kemudian, Presiden Prabowo Subianto memberikan abolisi yang membebaskan Tom Lembong dari seluruh hukuman.
