Sono circa trenta i cani sequestrati dal Corpo forestale a un allevamento di Fiavé, nel Trentino occidentale, dopo una segnalazione dello Sportello Lav contro i maltrattamenti sugli animali. Secondo l’associazione, i sopralluoghi avrebbero evidenziato condizioni di detenzione «inaccettabili»: «Diversi cani mostravano segni di degrado evidente, il pavimento era ricoperto di liquami, deiezioni e rifiuti organici. Altri erano costretti a vivere in gabbie troppo piccole per muoversi», ha spiegato Michela Lizziero, volontaria Lav e legale che seguirà il caso. Gli animali, tutti con pedigree Enci, erano ospitati in una struttura gestita da un’associazione sportiva dilettantistica affiliata a Libertas, ente riconosciuto dal Coni. La Lav punta il dito anche sul ruolo del mondo della cinofilia e degli allevatori: «Serve una responsabilità concreta nel vigilare sulle realtà che operano al loro interno».
