Un jeune seigneur d’un village martyr décide de chercher à Versailles le bras qui a tué et ordonné le massacre -le marquis de Souvré- et la tête qui pense -le roi Louis XIV. Dans sa quête de vengeance, il est accompagné d’un personnage important du roman : le docteur Balthus, un érudit qui porte avec lui les progrès de la science et de la médecine. "Soleil noir", un roman pour l'été !
