Enjoyable fight, and I'm glad there was a second phase as I was a little disappointed with how quickly it was going at first. Severing the cord at the start delays the powered up versions from appearing until phase 2, although I think that moveset is a more fun to fight against with the extra moves, I still wanted to show the severing at the start.
My plan is to cover this the same as other games, posting all of the bosses being done with no damage on my first playthrough, alongside and helpful guides along the way where I can. Afterwards I'll redo them all on the max difficulty Carnage difficulty, which I believe unlocks after your first playthrough. And then I'll likely go back for Issen only boss fights, as the first clears I want to show all of the different combat options available.
