“Pembatasan pasokan menyebabkan pilihan konsumen semakin berkurang, sekaligus memperkuat dominasi Pertamina di pasar BBM nonsubsidi,” tulis KPPU dalam keterangan resmi, Kamis (18/9/2025).
KPPU menilai hal tersebut dapat memunculkan berbagai risiko.
