工具愈多，為什麼創作反而變薄了？3個方法找回深度思考【一天聽一點260722】
AI 讓寫作變快，短影音讓資訊取得更容易。可是當接收與產出的速度愈來愈快，我們是否也跳過了創作中最重要的過程——沉澱、連結經驗，以及形成自己的判斷？有時候，內容看起來架構完整、語句流暢，裡面卻沒有多少真正屬於自己的東西。問題未必出在工具，而是工具省下來的時間，很快又被更多工作與資訊填滿了。
這集節目，我想從「管理者行事曆」與「創作者行事曆」的差異談起。為什麼行事曆上明明還有空白，我們仍然無法進入深度思考？一場只有一小時的會議，又為什麼可能切斷整個下午的專注力？
我也會分享，自己為什麼每隔三、四個月，就去臺東住上五天。那段時間沒有指定任務，也不要求一定產出什麼，只是暫時離開持續回覆、決定與處理事情的狀態，讓混在一起的思緒慢慢分開。
影片中，我整理了三個可以帶回生活的方法：分清楚自己目前是哪一種工作模式、把會議與零碎任務集中在時間邊緣，以及安排一段沒有指定產出的空白。
當然，留白也不用變成另一項績效。你去散步，不一定要想出下一篇文章；你去旅行，也不用急著盤算這段經驗能做成什麼內容。
工具可以替我們加快執行，卻無法替我們生活，也不能替我們形成真正的理解。或許真正值得問的是：AI 替你省下來的時間，最後去了哪裡？
