On yıllardır dünyanın en güvenli ve lüks limanı olarak pazarlanan Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri, İran ile yaşanan savaşta doğrudan cephe hattına dönüşerek yıkım yaşadı. İsrail'den çok daha fazla saldırıya uğrayıp iki binden fazla füze ve dronun hedefi olan ülkede El Zafra Hava Üssü, Füceyre petrol tesisleri ve Amazon veri merkezleri gibi stratejik noktalar ağır hasar gördü.Bu durum marka Dubai imajını derinden sarsarken, Dubai ve Abu Dabi borsalarından yüz yirmi milyar dolar silindi ve gayrimenkul piyasası durma noktasına geldi. Ülkeden kaçmak isteyen zenginler yüksek maliyetli özel uçuşlara akın ederken, hava yolu şirketleri iptaller nedeniyle ağır yara aldı.
Amerika'nın stratejileri yüzünden ateş çemberinde kalan yönetim, azalan mühimmatını yenilemek için milyarlarca dolarlık yeni silah alımlarına yöneldi. Bir yandan da Çin yapımı insansız hava araçları ve savaş uçaklarıyla İran'a misilleme yaptığı iddia edilen Abu Dabi yönetimi, yabancı sermayenin gözünde yıkılan istikrar algısını baştan kurmak gibi zorlu bir süreçle baş başa kaldı.
