So I beat the stage and I went....wait a minute...where was the Purgatory Gate. I totally forgot about it lol. Oh well. Anyway, Chapter 3. Not too much difficulty here except the boss.First fight is weird, a DDO Shuriken Elite just warped through a wall and got grabbed by me and died and I have no clue how that happened. Found a weird ass loop against the miniboss as well, he in general feels very undercooked.
Oni's make an appearance, I died a few times to bullshit (fireballs curving around corners wtf) but I kept the fights in for fun. Feel the Oni are close to the DDO in fun-zone, a bit more block happy but that's ok. In the third version of the first fight you'll see Yakumo attack straight up air with back-forward Y, he was probably scared of the Oni haha.
Lanterns appear too. YY with the katana OHKO's them, if they run up to you you can shuriken or stand on the pole.
For the boss I mostly use Mirage, which she cannot really handle. YY BRX does a lot of heavy lifting. I end in a back-forward X to get behind her, she'll do a turnaround attack that you can punish.
When she summons the umbrellas, it's always 5 total. The fifth is her so mash the breaker move and laugh as her HP melts. Feel she's the most interesting boss mechanically, you can do a lot of fun setups against her. Receive SMS online on sms24.me
