Kein Arzt, trotzdem behandeln – Wie eine Initiative Menschen auf dem Land medizinisch versorgt. Das Projekt "ErwiN" ist ein innovativer Ansatz für ältere Patienten, der über die übliche ärztliche Versorgung hinausgeht und die Betreuung im häuslichen Umfeld durch speziell ausgebildete Pflegefachkräfte vorsieht – ein zeitlich begrenztes Modellprojekt in den Bundesländern Berlin, Brandenburg und Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
