🔴 Una inmigrante boliviana abusó a una niña argentina en Mar del PlataUna mujer de 24 años oriunda de Bolivia fue denunciada por abusar a una menor de 10 años en Sierra de los Padres.
La Unidad Funcional de Instrucción (UFi) 7 de Mar del Plata, en el marco de la IPP 49.852-24, inició una investigación contra Andrea Calderon Chosgo, una inmigrante boliviana acusada de cometer el delito de abuso sexual agravado contra una niña de 10 años. El caso es representado por el abogado penalista Julio Razona, quien actúa como particular damnificado de la menor afectada.
Los hechos, que ocurrieron hace aproximadamente un mes en la zona de quintas de Sierra de los Padres, provocaron un notable cambio en el comportamiento de la niña.
Según allegados, la víctima dejó de jugar con sus amigos y hermanos, evitó la socialización, y se mostraba extremadamente temerosa y escondida. La hermana mayor de la niña, de 20 años, fue quien primero notó una lesión en el hombro de la menor, inicialmente atribuida a un posible golpe, pero que se reveló como una agresión física perpetrada por la acusada.
La madre de la niña, al revisar el teléfono celular de su hija, descubrió un inquietante intercambio de mensajes y audios a través de WhatsApp entre Andrea Calderon Chosgo, quien trabajaba en la quinta, y la menor.
