“Attualmente mi trovo a bordo della nave Alma, come parte della missione umanitaria pacifica Global Sumud Flotilla per consegnare aiuti alla popolazione civile di Gaza e rompere l'illegale e disumano assedio imposto da Israele. È probabile che questa notte verremo intercettati da Israele, il che costituirebbe una palese violazione del diritto umanitario e marittimo. Israele non è immune dal diritto internazionale. Deve essere chiamato a rispondere dei suoi crimini di guerra. Fermate il genocidio, fermate l'occupazione e liberate la Palestina”. Lo ha detto Greta Thunberg in un videomessaggio.
