Hal ini disampaikan oleh advokat kondang Razman Nasution saat hadir menjadi narasumber di acara Rakyat Bersuara yang dipandu Aiman Witjaksono, Selasa (9/7/2024).
Awalnya, Razman menyoroti putusan Eman yang dinilainya justru menimbulkan masalah berkepanjangan.
Ia juga menilai, dengan memutuskan Pegi batal sebagai tersangka dan bebas dari tuduhan dalam kasus Vina dan Eky, hal itu tidak serta-merta menyelesaikan masalah yang ada.
"Saya (sebelumnya) berharap putusan praperadilan oleh Hakim Tunggal, Pak Eman Sulaeman, adalah putusan yang komprehensif, berdasar, dan legitimate secara logika."
"Tapi yang terjadi, mulai kemarin sampai saat ini, justru putusan ini, dalam pikiran saya dan beberapa orang, menimbulkan problem yang akan berkepanjangan dan tidak menyelesaikan masalah," urai Razman, dikutip dari YouTube Official iNews, Kamis (11/7/2024).
