La segnalazione è arrivata da un tassista mentre attraversava il canale Fasiol: lì galleggiava una carcassa enorme. I vigili del fuoco lo hanno raggiunto di fronte a Sacca Sessola, avviando le manovre per recuperare il pesce privo di vita a pelo d’acqua, d’intralcio per la navigazione. La chiamata ai vigili del fuoco era avvenuta verso le 14 di sabato e in qualche ora l’animale è stato agganciato con un anghiere (doppio gancio) e legato dalla squadra sul fianco dell’autopompa lagunare. Poi la carcassa è stata trascinata fino alla sede dell’azienda di gestione rifiuti Veritas, dove una volta tirata su con un ragno meccanico è andata in smaltimento. Un pesce luna vivo era stato avvistato a fine marzo all’isola delle Grazie: non è strano vederlo in Laguna, ma capita raramente.
