Kepolisian saat ini masih terus melakukan pengembangan terkait insiden tersebut.
Kasat Reskrim Polresta Sleman AKP Wahyu Agha Ari Septyan saat dikonfirmasi buka suara.
Ia mengatakan, ada dua laporan polisi dalam dua kejadian tersebut.
Pertama, penganiayaan yang dilaporkan oleh pacar dari diver dengan terlapor pria berinisial T.
Kemudian, laporan terkait dengan perusakan mobil patroli Polsek Godean saat peristiwa aksi para driver.
Kepolisian masih melakukan pengembangan terkait perusakan mobil polisi.
Meski demikian, pihaknya telah menetapkan tiga orang tersangka.
Dikutip dari Kompas.com, salah seorang yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka ialah T.
Ia ditetapkan sebagai tersangka karena menganiaya driver makanan online yang mengantarkan makanan kepadanya.
Sedangkan dua tersangka lainnya merupakan perusak mobil patroli polisi saat para driver makanan online menggeruduk rumah pelanggan itu pada Sabtu (5/7/2025).
Belum jelas apakah dua tersangka ini merupakan driver online atau bukan.
Saat ini, ketiga tersangka telah dilakukan penahanan.
"Masing-masing LP (laporan Polisi) di atas sudah kita lakukan penahanan terhadap tersangka," ujar Kasat Reskrim Polresta Sleman AKP Wahyu Agha Ari Septyan melalui pesan WhatsApp, Minggu (6/07/2025).
