🌟 About This Experience
I came back to ZENVA Spa in Bangkok to try their multi-step thermal circuit and aromatherapy oil massage. It starts with an 8–10°C (46–50°F) ice bath, hot onsen bath, and 51°C (124°F) sauna, followed by a full body massage (back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, feet, belly, chest, face, hair brushing, and stretching). Soothing sleep water sounds and slow oil massage strokes make this ideal for deep sleep relaxation and stress relief.
Why this place is special:
✓ Private thermal circuit: 8–10°C (46–50°F) ice bath, hot onsen & 51°C (124°F) sauna
✓ Complete full body oil, belly, chest, face & scalp hair brushing massage
✓ Quiet private rooms with clean acoustics for water & massage ASMR
