ฝนฟ้าอากาศ 19 ส.ค.69 | น่านวิกฤตหนัก! น้ำป่าซัดเมืองปัว-
ในระยะนี้ จังหวัดน่านหลายพื้นที่ต้องเผชิญกับน้ำท่วม ติดตามใน ฝนฟ้าอากาศ กับ คุณบี กมลาสน์เวลาประมาณ 05.00 น. ของวันนี้ (19 ส.ค.) ที่ อำเภอปัว จังหวัดน่าน เจอน้ำป่าไหลหลาก สาเหตุจากฝนตกหนักสะสม ดินที่อุ้มน้ำไม่ไหว ได้พัดลงมาจากเทือกเขาสูง หอบเอาท่อนไม้ และทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างที่ขวางทางน้ำ ไหลลงมา ซัดเข้าบ้านเรือนประชาชนที่อยู่บนที่ราบ และเริ่มส่งผลกระทบในอำเภอใกล้เคียง โดยปริมาณน้ำ จะไหลไปทางแม่น้ำน่าน และเข้าสู่ตัวเมือง
ส่วนที่ อำเภอภูเพียง นักท่องเที่ยวที่จะขึ้นหรือลงจาก ถนนโค้งเลข 3 ต้องระวัง ขณะนี้ มีน้ำป่าน้ำเจิงนอง บริเวณถนนน้ำต้วน-เมืองจัง แนะนำให้เลี่ยงเส้นทาง ไปใช้สะพานหาดผาขนเพื่อเข้าเมืองแทน และขอให้ขับขี่ด้วยความระวัง
ส่วนที่ อำเภอสันติสุข แจ้งเตือนประชาชนว่า "ฝายนาเลา" ซึ่งเป็นฝายของกรมชลประทาน ล่าสุด ผนังกั้นน้ำได้ถูกกระแสน้ำซัด พังไป 1 ข้าง ซึ่งกระแสน้ำมีความรุนแรง ส่งผลให้ถนนข้างฝายได้รับความเสียหาย แจ้งเตือนประชาชนให้รับทราบ และเตรียมรับปริมาณน้ำที่กำลังตามมา ล่าสุด ในพื้นที่ยังมีฝนตกต่อเนื่อง ส่งผลให้น้ำในลำน้ำหลายสายล้นตลิ่งเข้าท่วมบ้านเรือน เจ้าหน้าที่ได้นำเรือยนต์ออกให้ความช่วยเหลือบ้านที่เดือดร้อนแล้ว
หลายพื้นที่ใน จังหวัดน่าน ได้จัดตั้งศูนย์อพยพแล้ว และในวันพรุ่งนี้ ก็เป็นอีกวันที่ไทยตอนบนต้องระวังฝนฟ้าคะนอง
โดยเฉพาะบริเวณภาคเหนือ และภาคอีสาน จะมีร่องมรสุมพาดผ่าน ประกอบกับมรสุมประจำฤดูมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าว ระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก และฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันจนถึงวันที่ 21 สิงหาคมนี้
