No se trata simplemente de gestionar mejor, sino de cambiar las prioridades, democratizar las oportunidades y garantizar que nadie tenga que elegir entre llegar a fin de mes o formar parte del proyecto colectivo que queremos construir.
Y esto exige valentía. Exige escuchar a los territorios, acompañar los procesos comunitarios, reforzar la gobernanza compartida y avanzar hacia un modelo que no deje a nadie atrás, especialmente a quienes durante demasiado tiempo han permanecido invisibilizados por unas estructuras que ya no responden a las necesidades de la mayoría social.
