Hakim ini menyatakan bahwa penetapan Pegi sebagai tersangka tidak sah menurut hukum.
"Atas dasar itulah, penetapan tersangka atas pemohon haruslah dinyatakan tidak sah dan batal demi hukum," ujar Eman di PN Bandung, Senin (8/7/2024).
Yang jadi sorotan, terkuak total harta kekayaan Hakim Eman ini hanya mencapai Rp 294 juta.
Bahkan, ia hanya memiliki kendaraan satu unit sepeda motor.
Informasi itu berdasarkan LHKPN milik Eman Sulaeman periodik 2023, yang dilaporkan pada 2 Januari 2024.
