JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Pengacara Presiden ke-7 RI Joko Widodo, Yakup Hasibuan menegaskan keaslian ijazah Jokowi telah terkonfirmasi asli dan tidak perlu diperdebatkan lagi.Hal ini disampaikan dalam konferensi pers di lobi Bareskrim Polri, Jakarta (9/7/2025).
"Sekarang tolong dong kepentingan hukum hak asasi Pak Jokowi sebagai terlapor juga harus dilindungi. Polisi juga sudah bilang ini asli identik, tidak ada dugaan tindak pidana. Sekarang mereka minta lagi gelar perkara. Masih belum puas. Harapan kami, gelar tadi yang cukup sangat clear mengatakan bahwa tidak ada indikasi pelanggaran apa pun, ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa ijazah Pak Jokowi itu asli dan tidak perlu diperdebatkan lagi," katanya.
Sebelumnya pada 22 Mei 2025, Dirtipidum Bareskrim Polri, Brigjen Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro mengatakan telah melakukan uji banding ijazah.
"Uji banding yang diuji adalah semua ijazah asli baik pembandingnya ijazah asli pada angkatan dan tahun yang sama seangkatan beliau. Kita uji punya ijazah bapak Jokowi, hasilnya identik secara produk yang dibikin oleh Direktorat Tindak Pidana Umum adalah penghentian penyelidikan," ungkapnya.
