Una punizione per arrestare il calo della partecipazione dei cittadini al voto e per salvaguardare la democrazia, a detta di Malaguti. "Non resta loro alcun orizzonte politico se non quello della più grezza pedagogia applicata permanentemente a tutti", commenta su X il giornalista Bonifacio Castellane. "Ma sono loro che non hanno ancora imparato la più fondamentale delle lezioni: non è che nessuno vuole essere educato, nessuno vuole essere educato da loro".
