까라비네로 새우는 진한 붉은색이 정말 인상적인 새우인데요!
익히지 않은 상태에서도 색이 아주 선명해서
처음 봤을 때부터 일반적인 새우와는 확실히 다른 느낌이에요!
먼저 까라비네로 새우를 먹어봤는데요
입에 넣자마자 가장 먼저 느껴졌던 건
부드러운 식감과 진한 단맛이었어요
새우의 달큰한 풍미와 감칠맛이 오래 남아서
맛이 상당히 진하다는 생각이 들더라구요
씹을수록 달큰하면서도 진한 감칠맛이 느껴져서
일반적인 생새우와는 조금 다른 매력이 있었어요!
식감이 탱글탱하다기 보단 약깐 쫀득하면서 느낌!
활새우는 역시 입안에서 느껴지는
탱글탱글한 식감이 정말 좋았는데요!
까라비네로 새우를 먹고 바로 활새우를 먹으니
식감 차이가 더욱 확실하게 느껴졌어요
씹을 때마다 탱글탱글하게 튕기는 탄력이 있어서
씹는 재미만 놓고 보면 개인적으로는
활새우 쪽이 조금 더 좋더라구요!!
활새우 역시 은은한 단맛이 있었지만
까라비네로 새우처럼 진하고 묵직하게 느껴지는 단맛보다는
조금 더 깔끔하고 산뜻한 단맛에 가까웠어요
둘 중 어떤 새우가 더 맛있냐고 물어보신다면
한 가지를 고르기가 정말 어려울 것 같은데
진한 단맛과 감칠맛을 좋아하신다면
